MillerPulse, LLC (the “Company”) is the provider of the website at www.millerpulse.com (the “Site”) along with all products and services (the “Services”) made available through the Site and is the owner of the Site. To be eligible to use the Service, you must meet the following criteria and represent and warrant that you: (1) are 18 years of age or older; (2) are not currently restricted from the Services, or not otherwise prohibited from having a MillerPulse account; (3) will maintain only one MillerPulse account at any given time; (4) have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; and (5) will not violate any rights of the Company, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights.
 
Collected Information Provided By User
The Company requires several pieces of personal information in order to register for and operate the Services as designed. Requested information for use of the Service may include your name, e-mail address, company name, and other identifying information.
